TaskPilot is designed with a privacy-first mindset. We only collect and store the data necessary to provide core functionality. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We aim to keep data handling transparent, minimal, and secure while giving users control over their information.
We process account details and the tasks, groupings, contacts, tracked objects, tags, notes, files, reminders, notifications, and sharing records you choose to create.
Required cookies support authentication, security, localization, theme, and consent persistence. Optional analytics and marketing categories are disabled by default and currently have placeholder providers only.
You can reopen cookie settings at any time, export your personal data from Profile, or delete your account after confirming your password.
Account deletion immediately disables access. Records may be retained for recovery, security, legal, and backup obligations until controlled deletion policies are completed by the service operator.
